FazWaz was build but a team of entrepreneur who investing heavily in their technology and online presence in order to compete in the hyper competitive space of real estate sales in Thailand. With their head-quartered in Phuket, they are surrounding by ocean and beach and a lot to attract an investor and buyer to country.
Highly competitor online industry, with large international portals, regional brand names and long established online local agencies all in the same field. The client defined a number of specific goals that needed to be fulfilled, the main areas requiring improvement were: website usability, making it easier for visitors to find and enquiry about individual real estate products, for the online shopping experience at FazWaz to be as logical, easy to search and display each featured products, promotional items, regular giveaways and regular products in an easy to manage and viewable format; to highlight the brands they carry; to enrich the user accounts section; to uphold and emphasise FazWaz’s values and commitment to quality while generally strengthening both the user experience and consumer trust in the FazWaz brand online.
Identify the key features and tools to ensure the FazWaz.com are a leader in user-experience and website design in the property space. Enabling high conversion rate with lower cost of acquisition. Implementing a granular and regionally specific pay per click campaign to drive immediately revenue and traffic while the SEO work is optimized and results coming through. The project took around 20 weeks to complete.
Within only a matter of weeks, the enquiries were coming in, reach an average of over 70 enquiries a month which was a 3% conversion on incoming traffic – considerably high across any industry. FazWaz since launched in two other locations, its 1st being Phuket, 2nd and 3rd being the island of KohSamui and the beachside town of Pattaya. The FazWaz team acquire 85% of their enquires via their online platform and through their digital marketing efforts and expect to reach close to a 1M USD revenue target for 2016 (not bad for an 6 month old company).
